Damaged:
Refunds or replacements will only be given if your order comes damaged. Claims
must be made within 10 days of receipt of package. All packaging should be keep
in case the shipping company needs to inspect the package.
Late Delivery:
If your order arrives late due to a shipping company (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.)
delay you will be credited for shipping charges. This does NOT apply to delays
due to weather or delivery attempts that are unsuccessful.
Hospital Deliveries:
Deliveries to hospitals are not recommended. Since, these shipments normally
go to a general receiving department before being routed to the patients room
we do not guarantee hospital deliveries. Sorry, no refunds will be given if
the patient checks out or cannot be located.
Wrong Addresses:
Orders sent to a wrong or incomplete address are not guaranteed. Additional
fees apply to fix and forward the package to the correct address.
Perishables:
Food items and perishables cannot be returned.
Shipping & Handling:
Orders are usually shipped via UPS ground, FedEx or US Priority Mail unless
otherwise specified. Upon shipment, you will be e-mailed with the method of
shipping, the tracking number, and estimated delivery date. Some of our products,
you can track directly on our site in your control panel. You will be informed
of the status of your order through the site. An email will be sent to the email
address you specified during the registration process.

Return Policy:
We want you to be informed about the item(s) you are purchasing. Prior to making
a purchase, please be sure to ask any questions you might have about your order.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in
the original condition and packaging within 14 days of the Delivery Date. We
regret that we are unable to refund original shipping costs. If the item was
subject to free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your
refund. You are also responsible for return shipping costs. You may want to
insure your return, we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
Please inspect goods IMMEDIATELY. Any defects or damages MUST be reported within 7 business days
of delivery date. PERSONALIZED items cannot be returned or exchanged. Any defective or damaged
merchandise that is returned to An Ideal Gift for inspection must be properly packaged, An Ideal
Gift will not be responsible for any further damages due to improper return packaging. Please
call 1-215-788-7098 for Return Authorization. Returns will not be permitted without an RA number.
Shipping charges incurred by customer for returns will be credited upon inspection and approval
of the return by An Ideal Gift. An Ideal Gift will pay to ship replacements via UPS ground service
only. Please advise your customers to place their gift and candle orders at least 3 weeks prior
to their event date. This will help to alleviate rush-shipping charges.

To process the exchange or a return on damaged items you MUST keep the original
