We are primarily an Internet retailer and do 95% of our sales via our online store. In order to keep our costs low (and our prices) we keep a small Customer Service staff. When you call our number you will be asked to leave your name, order number and return telephone number. We attempt to return all calls by the next business day. If you have an issue with your order please email info@anidealgift.com . You will receive a faster answer. We send out 3 emails with every order: 1) Email confirming you placed the order, 2) When the order is processed you are sent an email notifying you the approximate time until we ship your order and 3) An email with the tracking number for you to track where your order is when it ships is sent when we ship your order. Please provide us with a correct email address when you place your order. This is vital for you to receive fast response on your order.

Returns: If you would like to return an item. Please email us at returns@AnIdealGift.com We will send you an Return Authorization (RA) number and the proper address to return your item to. Please include your order number.

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover with PayPal.

Due to the variety of products we offer, we have set up a "per item" shipping strategy to help save you money. Our low pricing strategy provides you with a great deal including the delivery charges.
